Withdrawal

Flow: Coin → Network → Address and amount. The screen shows the real network fee, what OFFCODE charges and what you receive in US$ before you confirm. Withdrawals leave the Funds & Spot wallet: balance in Futures, Copy or Bots must come back to it first.

Fee and minimum

The fee has two parts: the network fee, read live at the moment of withdrawal (3× the network's current fee, minimum US$ 1), and OFFCODE's fee of 0.5% of the amount, rounded up to the asset's precision. The minimum withdrawal is the fee itself or US$ 5, whichever is higher. Available networks and average times are on the Deposit page.

You receive = amount − network fee − 0.5% × amount
Network fee = max(3 × live network fee, US$ 1)

Confirmation code and whitelist

Every withdrawal requires a confirmation code — the authenticator app's, if 2FA is on (a fresh code, at most 5 minutes old), or a code sent to your e-mail. The request is only created after the code checks out. The address whitelist is optional: a newly added address goes through a 24-hour cooldown before it can receive. You can also withdraw directly, without a whitelist, with the same protections (confirmation code, velocity, daily cap and hot-wallet eligibility).

Limits and timing

A cap of US$ 10,000 per day per account, with no identity verification (crypto and PIX summed over the last 24 hours), plus a velocity limit: one withdrawal every 5 minutes and up to US$ 20,000 per hour. Within the limits, sending is automatic, with no manual review; arrival time is that of the chosen network.

Withdrawal in Brazilian reais (PIX)

Flat fee of R$ 2.00, minimum R$ 50. Requires T1 verification and the daily limit of R$ 5,000 applies; requests from R$ 50,000 go through manual review.
