I deposited on the wrong network. What now?
Deposits on a network other than the selected one are not credited automatically. Open a ticket at Contact with the transaction hash; recovery, when possible, has an operational cost and is not guaranteed.
Why does the withdrawal fee differ between networks?
Because the network fee is read live at the moment of withdrawal (3× the network fee, minimum US$ 1) and every blockchain charges a different amount. On top of it OFFCODE charges 0.5% of the amount. The screen shows the exact total before you confirm.
Can I lose more than my margin in Futures?
In isolated margin, no: the maximum loss is that position's margin. In cross margin the margin is shared by the positions on the same asset, and a liquidation can consume all of it.
The leader I copy lost money. Do I pay a fee?
No. The leader's fee applies only to profit. On a loss you pay only the normal trading fees of the replicated orders.
Can I leave a CodeBot plan before it ends?
Only the Flexible plan, which returns the principal and the accrued yield at any time. In the 30- to 360-day plans the principal stays invested until maturity; the yield, however, is released at every daily cut-off.
When do I receive funding?
Funding is paid and charged by the venue directly on the position's margin, at each market's schedule (mostly every 8 hours). Positions closed before that time neither pay nor receive.
Is there an inactivity or account maintenance fee?
No. OFFCODE charges no fixed fees — only trading and withdrawal fees, plus the leader's share on copy and the robot's share on CodeBot, always on profit.
Do I need KYC to trade?
Not for crypto: deposit, withdrawal, spot, futures, copy and CodeBot work with e-mail and 2FA. Identity verification is required only to deposit or withdraw Brazilian reais (PIX).
