Deposit
Depositing is free — you pay only the origin blockchain's fee. The flow has three steps: Coin → Network → Address. Every person has their own address per network, derived from their account (HD wallet); sending over a network other than the selected one results in the loss of the funds.

There are 9 networks and 21 coins with active custody. The credit happens when the transaction reaches the number of confirmations the network requires; the average time below is how long it usually takes to get there.

When the balance is credited
While confirmations are pending, the deposit shows in the History as Pending, with the transaction hash copyable. There is no minimum deposit; an amount smaller than the network's withdrawal fee, however, only leaves the account once it reaches the withdrawal minimum.
Deposit in Brazilian reais (PIX)
Free, minimum R$ 30 per deposit. Requires a valid CPF on the account (level T1). The limit is progressive and doubles as identity verification: on the first day, the first charge is up to R$ 60 and the daily cap is R$ 200; from the day after the first confirmed PIX, R$ 3,000 per day.
