Affiliate Compensation Plan
Every rank sets the maximum share of Net Commissionable Revenue (NCR) that the plan can pay along a line. All criteria are cumulative: a rank is reached only when every requirement of that rank is met.

Personal Qualification and Team Volume are in US dollars of active CodeBot capital: your own, and your whole downline without your own. Direct Referrals counts direct referrals with at least US$ 100 of active CodeBot capital. Leadership Requirement counts distinct primary lines that hold a leader of the rank shown, at any depth. Referral Infinite pays across up to 6 levels; Rank Match looks up to 6 levels below you.
01Net Commissionable Revenue (NCR)
The eligible net revenue used to calculate commissions.
All affiliate commissions are calculated from Net Commissionable Revenue (NCR).
NCR represents the eligible net revenue actually earned by OFFCODE from trading-related activity, after applicable pre-commission deductions.
Commissions are never calculated directly from deposits, account balances, invested capital or trading volume alone.
Example: If an eligible trading event generates $100 in NCR, all Referral Infinite and Rank Match calculations for that event use this $100 as their revenue basis.
02Referral Infinite
Earn the difference between rank percentages, across up to 6 levels.
Differential Break Away Compensation.
Your rank determines your maximum Referral Infinite percentage.
Commissions are calculated across up to 6 eligible affiliate levels in your downline.
When another qualified affiliate exists below you in the same line, their eligible percentage is allocated first. You receive only the positive difference between your rank percentage and the highest percentage already allocated below you.

Higher ranks increase your maximum participation without stacking full percentages.
03Rank Match Bonus
Earn a bonus when you develop leaders who reach your rank.
Equal-Rank Leadership Protection.
When an eligible leader in your downline reaches your same rank, your Referral Infinite differential on that line may become zero.
Rank Match helps preserve your participation by granting a nominal 10% bonus calculated from that matched leader's Referral Infinite earnings.

Because total affiliate compensation is capped at 80% of NCR, V6 A receives $5 in this example.
Rank Match does not generate additional Rank Match, and all payments remain subject to the payout cap.
04Maximum Affiliate Payout
Total commissions are capped at 80% of eligible NCR.
Sustainable and Controlled Compensation.
The combined amount of Referral Infinite and Rank Match Bonus payments can never exceed 80% of the eligible NCR for the corresponding revenue event.
Referral Infinite is calculated first.
Rank Match Bonus is then paid using the remaining available compensation capacity.

This prevents overlapping bonus calculations from exceeding the program's defined compensation limit.
How the bond is created
Every account has a 9-digit referral code and a ready-made link. Anyone who signs up through your link is tied to you. The code travels in the address: whoever clicks is marked in the browser for 60 days, and signing up within that window writes the bond into the account. The code can also be typed into the form by hand. The bond is permanent.
How your rank is kept
Ranks are recomputed from scratch every hour from the criteria in the table — a rank is never inherited. Fall below a requirement and the rank falls with it; meet it again and it comes back. Every rank change is recorded with the figures of that moment.
Each revenue event is settled with the ranks in force at the cut-off that settles it, and those ranks are stored with the event: a later change never rewrites a settled event.
When commission becomes balance
Commission is computed once a day, at the 00:00 UTC cut-off, and only closed days go in. Every commission carries its status — pending, confirmed, paid, held or reversed — and only a paid commission is balance. Futures events wait until the revenue of their cycle is confirmed on-chain. Amounts are always rounded down.
