Referrals and commissions

Every account has a 9-digit referral code and a ready-made link. Anyone who signs up through your link is tied to you, and part of what OFFCODE earns from that person comes back to you every day, automatically, with nothing to claim.

How the bond is created

The code travels in the address. Whoever clicks is marked in the browser for 60 days: signing up within that window writes the bond into the account. The code can also be typed into the form by hand. The bond is permanent — it never changes afterwards and does not depend on the person remembering the link when they invest.

Where the commission comes from

Two independent tracks, running on the same tier ladder and paid in the same daily cut-off. The same person can generate commission on both on the same day.

EXCHANGE FEES

Whenever your referral pays a fee (spot, convert, futures, withdrawal), half of that fee becomes the network pool; the other half is the house's. The slices come out of the pool and the commission is paid in the same asset as the fee: a fee charged in BTC pays commission in BTC.

CODEBOT

On the day's net profit credited to your referral in CodeBot — never on the amount invested, never on the principal. Paid in USDT and it takes nothing away from their yield: OFFCODE is the one paying.

The three slices

Out of the track's base (the fee pool or the day's profit) come up to three slices, each to a different person in the line. The percentage is always the one of the tier of whoever receives it.

DIRECT · LEVEL 1

10% → 60%The referrer. This is the slice that scales with the tier: 10% at V0 and V1, up to 60% at V6. It is the reward for climbing.

INDIRECT · LEVEL 2

5% / 15%The referrer's referrer. 5% while at V0 and 15% from V1 on, at every tier above it.

NETWORK

10%From V1 on, to the first qualified person above in the line. Because the percentage is the same at every tier, whoever sits above them gets nothing from the network slice on that same profit.

At most the three slices add up to 85% of the base (60% + 15% + 10%) — and always to different people, never to the same one.

Tiers V0–V6

The tier is recomputed from scratch on every run: it is never inherited and never stored. Fall below a requirement and the tier falls with it; meet it again and it comes back.

A valid direct is a referral with an active CodeBot position. A qualified line is a direct referral whose downline holds someone at the previous tier. Team volume is the sum of the active value of your whole downline, excluding your own investment. Figures in US dollars.

The cut-off: when commission becomes balance

Commission is not paid at the moment of the trade. It is computed once a day, at the 8pm ET cut-off (00:00 UTC), and only closed days go in: anything after the cut-off waits for the next run. It is the same cut-off that releases CodeBot yield.

At the cut-off, for each closed day, the system walks the line above the referral, reads each person's tier at that moment, computes the three slices and credits each one straight to the balance of whoever is entitled. There is no claim button, no request and no minimum. Amounts are always rounded down — 8 decimals on the fee track, 6 on CodeBot.

A worked example

Ana was referred by Bruno, who was referred by Carla, who was referred by Diego. Ana is the one generating: the money travels up the line.

Ana100 USDTgenerates the profitBrunoV2 · 20 USDTdirect + networkCarlaV1 · 15 USDTindirectDiegoV3 · 0 USDTnothing on this line

CodeBot: on the closed day the bot credited Ana 100 USDT of net profit. At the cut-off Bruno is the direct and sits at V2, Carla is the indirect and sits at V1, and the first qualified person above Ana is Bruno as well — which is why Diego gets nothing from this profit.

100 USDT × 20% = 20.00 (Bruno, direct V2) · × 15% = 15.00 (Carla, indirect V1) · × 10% = 10.00 (Bruno, network) → 45.00 USDT distributed

Ana keeps her 100 USDT. The commission comes from OFFCODE, not from the yield of whoever invested.

Fees: Ana pays a 10 USDT fee on a spot trade. The network pool is half of it, 5 USDT, and the same three slices come out of that.

10 USDT fee → pool 5.00 · Bruno 20% = 1.00 · Carla 15% = 0.75 · network 10% = 0.50 → the house keeps 7.75 (never less than 57.5% of the fee)
Futures have a ceiling. On perpetuals the commission on your volume is paid to the partner exchange, not to OFFCODE: what comes back to the house is the rebate. So for futures events the network pool is capped by the rebate already received and confirmed in the cycle, and never exceeds the usual half. Until the collection confirms, those events stay pending and go into a later cut-off.

Where to follow it

In the referral panel you see the link, the code, your direct referrals, the network volume, the current tier, what is missing for the next one, and a statement of every credited commission with date and source. Test accounts neither generate nor receive commission.
